We offer the following New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) Training Courses:
- Traffic Controller - TC (1 day course). Don’t forget first you must attend the TC course prior to attending the STMS course (1 month stand down between courses) For more information click here TC Course Information

- Refresher Course (1 day course). Combined course for both qualified TC & STMS (every 3 years)
- Waste Collection Traffic Leader - WCTL (half day course), for industries that deal with kerbside collection activities

Upcoming Training Courses
Traffic Controller (TC) 1 day Course
Dates: 28th May 2013
Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Dunedin
Venue: Forsyth Barr Stadium
No previous training required to attend this TC course. Course covers basic introduction into temporary traffic management.
Refresher (TC & STMS combined) 1 day Course
Dates: 4th June 2013
Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Dunedin
Venue: Forsyth Barr Stadium
Please note that this is combined course for qualified TC’s and STMS only, you can refresh your staff regardless if they are a TC/STMS and as long as each person has already attended the full 1 day TC Course or the 2 day STMS course.
Your current qualification must not be expired for more than 1 year, please check your ID cards for expiry dates. You cannot attend the Refresher course as substitute for a full TC or STMS course.
STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) 2 day Course
Dates: 21st & 22nd May 2013
Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Dunedin
Venue: Forsyth Barr Stadium
This course is for qualified TC's and your current qualification must not be expired for more than 1 year, please check your ID cards for expiry dates
You may also attend this course if you have held an STMS qualification any time in the past (regardless if it has expired or not).
WCTL Courses
Waste Collection Traffic Leader - training course
Dates: TMC June 2013 (half day)
Time: 8am – 12pm
Location: Dunedin
Venue: TBC.

Please read attendance information below before bookings and attending courses.Bookings should include the following information: Organisations name, Order number (if applicable), Billing Details, Attendees names, Contact numbers, NZTA ID card numbers (if applicable).
Attendance Information:
- Free morning tea & lunch provided and a copy of the Code of Practise (COPTTM) on CD.
- Your current qualification must not be expired for more than 1 year, please check your ID cards for expiry dates.
- Bring your NZTA - ID card or ID Number along to the course.
- NZTA registration fees for ID cards are an additional $40 plus GST.
- If you own a copy of the Code of Practise for Temporary Traffic Management (COPTTM) please bring it along, if you don’t own a copy then please bring along a laptop.
- Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to programme commencement will be charged full attendance fee or an enrolee may transfer once to the next available programme.
- Please note that all course fees must be paid in advance to secure your booking, payments are to be made within 5 working days before the course commences.
- Bookings should be emailed to admin@trafficmanagementltd.co.nz and include the following information: Organisations name, Order number (if applicable), Billing Details (bank A/C no'), Attendees names, Contact numbers, NZTA ID card numbers (if applicable).
